Offices are located at the comunity level to facilitate local planning and project engagement across sectors. Comox Valley, is the one of 10 centres operating coast wide and representing about 4500 fishermen displaced from the fishing industry.

The British Columbia Paraplegic Association (BCPA) in conjunction with Human Resources Development Canada, has implemented an exciting new project. The BCPA has created the Center for Professional and Vocational Development (CPVD) to meet the growing needs of the community.
